What to expect when your Mod.Home arrives.

Before Delivery Day

1 Week Before

• [ ] Verify foundation is complete and inspected
• [ ] Ensure utility stubs are in place
• [ ] Clear delivery path of obstacles
• [ ] Notify neighbors of crane activity

Day Before

• [ ] Final site walkthrough
• [ ] Mark any underground utilities
• [ ] Prepare parking for crew vehicles
• [ ] Have permit and approval documents ready

Delivery Day Timeline

Early Morning (6-8 AM)

• Delivery truck arrives
• Crane setup begins
• Safety perimeter established

Mid-Morning (8-10 AM)

• Unit offloaded from truck
• Crane lifts unit into position
• Initial placement on foundation

Late Morning (10 AM-12 PM)

• Fine positioning adjustments
• Level verification
• Anchor bolt connections

Afternoon (12-5 PM)

• Utility connections begin
• Electrical hookup
• Plumbing connections
• HVAC commissioning

• Access: Clear path minimum 14 feet wide
• Foundation: Complete and inspected
• Utilities: Stubbed to connection points
• Permits: Posted and accessible
• Contact: Be available by phone all day
