The Origin Story
ReadyPermit.AI wasn't invented in a boardroom. It was born from near-failure.
The Demand
We built TinyHomies into a 160,000+ person community. People wanted tiny homes, container homes, modular cabins.
15,000+ qualified buyers were ready to purchase. The demand was overwhelming.
The Wall
Then reality hit: 80%+ of our buyers couldn't legally place their homes.
Zoning codes. Setback requirements. Minimum square footage. Permit complexity. The regulatory maze was killing deals.
We had buyers. We had homes.
We had zero way to legally place them.
The Pivot
The business nearly folded. We faced a choice: shut down, or solve the thing that was killing us.
